Las Vegas Photographer for Weddings and Event Photography TiffanyG
Wedding Photography in Las Vegas - Weddings, Bridal Photos, Engagements, Families, Kids, Portraits, and Events.-
March 3rd, 2010UncategorizedI’m VERY excited to be working with Groupon in Las Vegas to promote my photography! If you are visiting my blog from the Groupon site, then I thought you’d like to know some more about me…
First let me answer what is probably your first question: “Can Tiffany handle all the business coming from Groupon?” The answer is a resounding “YES!!”. I am scheduling shoots back-to-back and trying to work 4 or 5 per shooting day. Then, my wonderful husband will do what he does best (editing and preparing the photos for your review). He will also be involved in most of the proofing sessions as well. Don’t worry - I will be able to give my typical personal service to all of our new Groupon clients!
Second, I assume you’ve noticed that most of my blog and website is dedicated to Weddings. Yes, weddings are my specialty, BUT I do a lot of family/children/event photography. You just don’t see them on my blog because most of this work is by word-of-mouth and also because I normally don’t blog family/children shoots (privacy concerns, etc.).
To be honest, I think being a “wedding photographer” gives me a bit of an edge when photographing families, children, or even for modeling portfolios (or even if you just want some nice photos of yourself!). My training and experience is to “Capture the Moment” and really capture the personalities of my subjects. You won’t be getting a bunch of boring/posed “traditional” photos - my creativity will show in your photo shoot. Of course I can (and will) do some basic “posed” photos, but that won’t be the majority of the shoot.
If you’d like to find some samples of my non-wedding work, you can visit my main website page HERE then click on the left-side image that says “Enter Site”. On the bottom you’ll see a Family/Children Gallery link. You can also see THIS BLOG POST for some family/children samples.
If you are a model looking for some portfolio work, this IS something I will do as part of this Groupon deal. However, it will NOT be “studio” work - the shoots will happen in your choice of 5 different locations around town - each location was chosen to allow a good range of possible backdrops/feels to the photos. Of course I’m also very open to doing an individual shoot completely at your choice of locations - but we’d have to discuss a small up-charge for the extra time spent on that shoot.
The bottom line is that if you have ANY questions, just post them here or on the Groupon discussion. I am a very flexible and reasonable person and I’m sure we’ll get along great!

August 3rd, 2009UncategorizedDonovan and Jessica are great! We very much enjoyed working with them for both Disc Jockey and Photography - AND, after the wedding, Jessica and her mom helped us find a new house here in Las Vegas!
A couple pre-wedding photos:
These two photos use my “Alice in Wonderland” special processing - really saturated color.
First Dance:
And a short post-wedding session:
This one, with Jessica’s permission… she made these “bloomers”.. pretty cool!

April 21st, 2009UncategorizedPam and James are the perfect couple to go to the non-so-secret anymore location outside of Las Vegas. They LOVE old cars and the rustic look… and we had a pleasant surprise as well - the cactus were in full bloom!
Jeremy and I worked together on this one, with Jeremy doing almost all of the shooting while we both scouted for locations and did all the posing, etc.
We’ll start off with a more fun, non-posed photo, I guess Pam is gonna hook her a good one!
I know this isn’t really a lovey engagement-photo type photo, but the natural light was really nice and the “feel” was there.
With their love of old cars, this was a given:
A little spy-photo goin’ on!
You probably remember seeing a very similar photo in a previous post - and I do try to be as creative/new as possible with each client - but if something “works”, then I say keep using it!
James was able to name off almost every single car (shell) there, down to the year, based on very tiny details. He used to own a street rod shop! We loved this one, that’s all probably original wood, but not original bullet holes!
Wanted to focus on the beautiful cactii (?) in bloom…
Speaking of flowers and cars… we got a HUGE compliment from Pam and James… there’s a few photos that are NOT of them, that they are going to frame to hang in their house/garage. This is one that Pam is going to mat and frame:
And here’s one that she’s going to do for James to put in his garage (I am picturing a pretty cool garage since that’s where he works on his work/hobby)…
Here’s another one…
We can’t wait for Pam and James’ wedding coming up in August!

December 10th, 2008UncategorizedWe met Jeremy and Dee Dee almost a year ago and have been working with them for their wedding since then. What a cool couple! DeeDee is beautiful and Jeremy is quite a looker, too! Wendhy and I shot this event, and we had a blast. Below are a few of our favorites!
Note: I seem to be having some issues with image quality with the newest update of WordPress. The fuzzy images are due to the compression by WordPress, so click on the image to see the larger, clearer image! Plus you get to see my new plug-in that displays the photo in cool Flash-based pop-up thingamagig!
The groomsmen and Jeremy (in the white shoes, of course) relaxing before the ceremony:
Technically this one was taken after DeeDee arrived, but I was in the “groomsmen” groove…
DeeDee’s arrival, taken from a “2nd Photographer” perspective. For those brides that I talk about using a 2nd Photographer, this is what I mean… great pics, but from a completely different perspective!
Both of us were shooting from about the same spot for this one, matter of fact I don’t recall which one of us took this actual shot!
An old-photo style processing for this one, PLEASE click to see the larger version, the compression by WordPress really made this one blurry in thumbnail view!
Close-up of some details; dress and bouquet - using only available light (no flash):
One from the ceremony… FIRST KISS!
After the ceremony, we shot around 1000 pictures at the reception, and they came out great… but I’ve posted too many “party” shots lately so I’m sticking with the wedding-related ones this time!
