First-Class ALL THE WAY. This is how I’ll always remember this wedding. Amazing ceremony and reception at the Bellagio. Lobster and Filet. They hired D. Jay’s Entertainment to provide the DJ, a String Quartet, a Saxophone player for during the cocktail hour, plus photography and videography.

But, David and Lorena… completely down-to-earth. Take a look at this beautiful shot of the dress with Lorena looking out the window onto the courtyard.. and don’t forget you can click on ANY photo in my blog in order to see it in a larger size!

Lorena showed so much emotion throughout the day, it was hard to pick just a couple photos, isn’t she beautiful?

The love that these two shared was obvious. This shot is from their first dance…

Lorena wanted a “Rat Pack” type photo of the guys in the wedding party. The Bellagio made a great backdrop for my interpretation, and with some creative processing to the photo (to make it look like an old lomographic photo from “back in the day”) I really think it POPS!

Oh, and to the moms of the younger guys, don’t worry - the cigars were still in their wrappers!

Thank you to David and Lorena and also to Leslie at the Bellagio!

This is the first Engagement Session that I’m posting on the blog - I LOVE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS! This couple wanted more “traditional” couples photos (Engagement Sessions can have some pretty HOT photos if that’s the style for the couple).

We all fought the 2pm bright Vegas sun (sorry guys, I know it’s hard not to squint too much) and traveled from New York New York down to Bellagio. I had a great time and know that T&S did also.

    At NYNY:

Had a very nice park bench, it almost looked like the REAL NYC!

    On the bridge:

I know some people do not like the “angled” look but some shots just look better that way, and of course I always give our clients what they want.

T&S each wanted a posed shot alone, so we took these two:

With such a bright sun, I knew a silhouette picture would come out great. Overlooking the Bellagio fountains (from the side) makes a great backdrop for this type of photo:

Thanks, guys for letting me be a part of your engagement! Good luck on the wedding later this month!

We just got back from Laughlin and Mandie and Mark’s wedding and reception. We enjoy working in Laughlin as the hotels are inexpensive and we usually make it a weekend trip - half work, half vacation.

Mandie is just so naturally beautiful and photogenic. Every single picture I took of her, she looked great - she just SPARKLED!

Mark was great, too… but the poor guy got sunburn on the 3-hour boat ride, WITH sunglasses on. So, later in the night he had a white stripe going from his eyes to his hairline. A little photoshop and that was fixed, though! I love this picture, there’s a ton of love in their eyes!

    First Dance

We love doing the flower/ring shot and we have about a dozen different ways to process the photo to make it unique. This processing is called “vintage” with a little bit of “selective color” (we brought back the color of the flowers a little bit, but not too much) and has a little bit of blur (on purpose) to make it look dreamy.

I will usually put more “people” photos in my blog but I just couldn’t stop from sharing this cake-topper. Look closely…

Mandie is saying “Bring it ON!” during the removal of the garter. Look at the kids in the background… priceless expressions!

    Bring it ON!

Cheers to Mandie and Mark… a great couple who were a blast to photograph!

I can’t say enough how neat this couple was. Yoko is beautiful and Sean is a big handsome man who is so much fun! As brides and grooms know, most chapels in Las Vegas have their own in-house photography so we do a lot of “reception-only” events. That’s fine by me, I get to hang out with our Disc Jockeys and take great photos of all the guests, plus I am able to do some more posed shots too!

Dad was SO proud and Yoko was just glowing!

The cakes at The Wynn are always amazing. Plus their in-house lighting makes taking pictures easy!

    Cake

Tastes as good as it looks!

    Tasty!

A cute shot of Sean as he leads Yoko through the “Tunnel Of Love” that our DJ set up with the rest of the guests. What fun!

Sean could really “bust-a-move” and his guests had a blast on the dance floor!

    Dancing!

Overall it was a great party with a great couple who were both very photogenic. We ended up providing them with over 260 unique photos during a 4-hour reception!
